Composition
Albendazole bolus 2500mg
Indication
A broad spectrum anthelminthic for the treatment of single or mixed infections of the following types of intestinal parasites in cattle, sheep and goat. Gastrointestinal roundworms, larval and adult stages of Bunostomum, Cooperia, Haemonchus, Nematodirus, Ostertagia, Trichostrongylus and adult stages only of Oesophagostomum, Chabertia and Strongyloides.
Lungworms: Dictyocaulus viviparus
Tapeworms: Moniezia expanza, Moniezia benedeni
Target Animal Species: Cattle, sheep, goat, donkey, camel
Dosage and Administration: Orally using a balling gun or crushed and given in drinking water or feed.
For roundworms, lungworms, tapeworms: cattle, camel, sheep and goat – 5 mg/kg body weight
For liver flukes: cattle, camel, sheep and goat – 7.5 mg/kg body weight
